Shipping & Refunds Policy
We aim to get your Inkblox kit into your hands as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 4 PM WET. If your order is placed after this time, it will be shipped within 1 working day. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
– Within the Netherlands and EU: 2 to 5 business days
– International: 3 to 7 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimated time frames. Although we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery, external factors such as customs inspections, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or local postal backlogs may occasionally cause delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. These charges cover packaging, handling, and transportation.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary significantly depending on the country and are not included in your purchase. If you are unsure about potential import costs, we recommend checking your country’s customs guidelines before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if tracking is available for your region).
Returns & Refunds
Returns
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, please contact us at hi@inkblox.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at hi@inkblox.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, partially used kits, paints, rollers, or other opened consumables cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at hi@inkblox.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
